Do you have rental Items available?

We include a choice of Arbor, or Pedistals and Urns, or Columns in the price of renting the glen. We also have a Unity Candle, Tables for Guest book or Sand ceremony in house. We can also accomodate about any other rental need that you may have.

May we toss items in the Glen after the ceremony?

You may toss items in the Glen as long as the item may be cleaned up with in the 3 hours of alotted time.

May we Drive into the Glen?

We prefer that no one drive into the Glen.

Is the Glen Handicap Accessable?

Yes, the Glen is Handicap-Accessible. We offer a golf cart to transport people into the Glen.

What is the Rain Back up Plan in the Glen?

If you are holding your reception at Homewood and your guest count is less than 100 people, we can accommodate your ceremony inside.

The rain plan otherwise is to use a tent on the side lawn. A "rain hold" can be contracted on a tent by putting down a 25% deposit. In the event of bad weather, the balance is paid and the rental of the tent is completed. If the weather is clear and the forecast is promising, however, the tent may be determined to be unnecessary, and the tent may be cancelled. You will lose your 25% deposit, but are not liable for the 75% balance. It's a good way to ensure peace of mind that there is a good ceremony plan regardless of weather.

We can assist you in getting prices from a local rental company for tents, based on the size of your guest list.

What Times are Available for Ceremonies in the Glen?

We base the last available ceremony start time on each day on the Sunset, for efficent light after the ceremony for pictures. The other times that are available are backed off by 3 hours from this time.
